Professional Travel Photo Albums

The chance to visit people and archaeological sites around the world is a favorite job perk.  Inspired by a trip to Northern Peru to visit a colleague's former excavation sites, I developed a short-term research project funded by the National Gallery of Art's Center for the Advanced Study of Visual Art.  With CASVA's support, I studied pilgrimage practices, particularly related to movement of the body through architectural spaces, at major religious and cultural sites in Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos.
